Tours and Galleries
Price Tower Arts Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, originally incorporated in 1985 as a civic art museum, reorganized in 1998 with a more focused mission in order to better serve its constituency. The Arts Center is housed in the only fully realized skyscraper designed by Frank Lloyd Wright: a 19-story landmark completed in 1956. The ongoing mission of the Arts Center, whose centerpiece is Frank Lloyd Wright's masterpiece, Price Tower, is to: provide local, regional and global audiences with the experience of great art, architecture and design.
Historic Tower Tours
The 60 minute guided tour of Frank Lloyd Wright's Price Tower is available to the public Tuesday-Thursday at 11:00am and 2:00pm, Friday and Saturday at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm and Sunday 2:00pm. Tower tours include a visit to the newly restored 19th floor executive office and H.C. Price Corporate Apartment to view original Wright interiors and concludes with stops to view both the temporary and permanent exhibitions on the first floor and second floor mezzanine.
Tower Tour Admission, includes gallery admission (tax not included): $10 adults, $8 seniors, $5 students and children 16 and under.
As of May 1, 2008 - Complimentary tower tours will be given to Inn at Price Tower guests. Advanced reservations required.
Group Tower Tours
Groups of 10 or more must schedule tours of the Tower at least two weeks prior to the date of the tour.
Groups must be paid in full one week in advance of the tour date. The admission price includes a guided Tower Tour and Gallery admission. Group tours must be arranged outside of Price Tower Arts Center’s regularly scheduled public tours at the times of 11am and 2pm Tuesday through Thursday; 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Special arrangements can be made for group tours on Fridays and Saturdays during public tour times depending on events in the area. The size of the tour group will determine the length of the tour; one to one and a half hours usually.
This time frame does not include bathroom breaks. We have limited facilities in the exhibition Gallery; it is recommended that groups allow extra time for the visitors to use the facilities before your scheduled tour time. Please allow at least one hour for the guided tour, time for restroom breaks and time to view the temporary and permanent exhibitions on the first and second floors. For groups of 15 or more the bus driver and Tour operator will be permitted complementary admission.

Tours scheduled two weeks in advance are eligible for the group rate of $8.64 (tax included) per person
* The final attendance count must be received one business week in advance; at that time payment must be received.
If the group exceeds 20 persons, the group will be divided into two smaller groups. One group will be lead on a guided tour of the historic floors while the second group will be on a self-guided tour of the exhibition gallery located on the first and second floors of the Arts Center and viewing of the orientation film.
If the group is interested in viewing a room at the INN at Price Tower, arrangements must be made at the time the tour is scheduled.
At the time tour arrangements are made, please make Price Tower Arts Center aware of any special needs that will need to be met including any wheelchairs, walkers or participants who are not able to walk up and/or down stairs. It is recommended that visitors of the Tower Tours be able to stand for approximately 20 minutes. Price Tower Arts Center is a handicap accessible facility, but not all wheelchairs are able to fit into our elevators or through the halls and doors of the historic floors. We offer a partner chair for those guests with disabilities.

Group Admission to the gallery requires two weeks advance notice. Payment and final attendance count of the group must be received one week in advance.

Arts Center Galleries
One of the few institutions outside the major urban centers dedicated to architecture and design, Price Tower Arts Center is home to a growing collection of modern and contemporary art, works on paper, furniture, textiles and design. The permanent collection includes significant pieces by Frank Lloyd Wright and renowned Oklahoma architect Bruce Goff, as well as other seminal examples of 20th and 21st century design.
A vibrant year-round exhibition schedule features a wide range of art from around the globe. The Arts Center hosts important traveling exhibitions and also organizes exhibitions from its own collections and from those of other museums.
Price Tower Arts Center galleries feature both temporary and permanent collections on view Tuesday-Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm.
Arts Center Gallery Admission (tax not included): $4 adults, $3 seniors, free for children 16 and under (Prices as of January 2, 2007.)
