This brand new day camp program offers summer fun for children ages 9 to 12. Under the guidance of local art instructor Erinn Rakes, campers will have a new way to experience Frank Lloyd Wright’s historic Price Tower by participating in hands-on creative activities. This tract will meet for a half-day session once or twice per week over a four week period. Advance registration is required. All supplies will be provided. Scholarships available by application. "What is a…Graphic Designer?”: Creating a Landmark Calendar Monday, 9am-Noon (ages 9-12)
Class size: 20 campers
Learn about graphic design while creating a “Landmark Calendar” of significant buildings and structures in downtown Bartlesville. Techniques taught include photography in collage, photo-montage, and computer graphics. Campers will participate in a walking tour of downtown Bartlesville, use learning resources at the Bartlesville Public Library, and visit the Arts Center’s Architecture Study Center. Cost: $90
