Single or Double occupancy rate is $145.00 for the standard rooms and $245.00 for two-story Tower Suites.
The rate for each additional person is $20.00.

All occupancy rates and policies are subject to change. State and local taxes may apply. Damage surcharges may apply.

Policies

CHECK IN: Check-in is 3 P.M. Please check in advance with the inn for early arrival accommodations.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests made forty-eight (48) or more hours from the arrival date will not incur charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a 50% charge of your total reserved stay.

CHECK OUT: Check out is at 12 P.M. Late check out will be subject to a fee. Please check with staff for late checkout accommodation.

SMOKING POLICY: There is no smoking permitted in the building, on terraces, or in outside alcoves and stairwells per order of the insurance underwriter, fire chief, and management. Should housekeeping detect use of tobacco by a guest in a room, the guest will be assessed a $250 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas outside on the street level of the building grounds.
