Administration Volunteer

Primary Function: To assist administrative staff with clerical assignments.

Description of Duties: Using basic office equipment, prepare documents for meetings and mailings. Photocopy, stuff and meter envelopes for mass mailings, assemble packets for meetings, possible data entry to update mailing, filing, etc.

Time Commitment: Flexible. Must be available to work during regular business hours, which are from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Skills: No particular skills are required. Familiarity with photocopiers, computer and mail meter machines helpful.

Training: At the time of the assignment, the volunteer will receive any training that is required to complete the work.
