🎃 Welcome to the most spooktacular event of the year, the Annual Downtown Spooktacular! We are thrilled to have you join us for a night of ghoulish delights and eerie excitement. This Halloween extravaganza promises a plethora of hair-raising activities for all ages. Prepare to be enchanted by our large trunk or treat, where goblins and ghosts alike can collect a bounty of sweet treats. Gather ’round the Unity Square stage for bone-chilling tales during our spooky story sessions, and brace yourselves for the Candy Cannon, a spectacle that will leave you in awe. Keep an eye out for our dancing witches, who will be casting their spellbinding moves on the dance floor. This thrilling event is made possible through the collaborative efforts of our community organizations: Bartlesville Public Library, Bartlesville Community Center, First Presbyterian Church, Price Tower Arts Center, and Rogers State University. Together, we aim to create a memorable and magical Halloween experience for everyone. So, don your best costumes and let the festivities begin! 🧙‍♀️🎉

Event Schedule:

3pm- Participating Trunks can begin parking and decorating their trunks in the Bartlesville Community Center parking lot.  A Spooktacular organizer will be outside to guidance.

5:00pm- Trunks decorations complete and ready for trick-or-treaters (Judging)

5:05pm- Trunk Decorating Recognition Judging begins

5:30pm- Spooktacular event begins

5:45pm- 1st Spooky Story

6:15pm- 2nd Spooky Story

6:45pm- 3rd Spooky Story

7:00pm- Trunks Decoration Recognition Awards announced

7:15pm- 4th Spooky Story

7:30pm- Trunk or Treat ends

Bartlesville invites everyone to come enjoy a Halloween celebration at the Bartlesville Downtown Spooktacular 2023. Dress the kids up in their Halloween costumes, paint their faces, and head to downtown Bartlesville to trick or treat, enjoy music, games, listen to scary stories from favorite children’s books, and have a blast with many more fun activities at this family-friendly Halloween event.

You’ll find a huge variety of trunk-or-treat stops in Unity Square and the parking lot. Watch the kids trick or treat from decorated car trunks as they show off their costumes collect a treasure trove of Halloween candy and be on the lookout for showers of goodies from the candy cannon too! The kids will have a blast playing on the inflatables and playing games. Food trucks will be on-site so you can grab a hassle-free dinner or festival treats to enjoy while listening to spooky stories in Unity Square. The whole family is sure to have a memorable time at the Bartlesville Downtown Spooktacular on October 27, 2023.
